a)  Prices for Périscolaire activities may be subject to change during the school year as we are constantly negotiating to get the best price/quality ratio. It may also happen that the price for certain courses is changed due to the number of enrolments, even once the course has started (in particular where one or more students drop out, with the result that the number of participants falls below the minimum). Where the price increases because only a few students are enrolled, parents who consider the price too high may cancel their enrolment without cancellation costs, but will have to pay a pro rata amount for the sessions which have already been given. Finally, courses can be cancelled due to low enrolement.

b) For annual activities, a reduction will be granted for late enrolments as follows:

Enrolment between             June  and  31-12-2017:      full price
Enrolment between 01-01-2018  and  31-03-2018:      25% reduction
Enrolment between 01-04-2018  and  02-07-2018 :     50% reduction

c) For activities which are priced by semester, a reduction will be granted for late enrolments as follows:

Semester 1: 
Enrolment between             June  and  31-10-2017:      full price
Enrolment between 01-11-2017  and  30-11-2017:      20% reduction
Enrolment between 01-12-2017  and  31-01-2018 :     40% reduction

Semester 2: 
Enrolment between 01-02-2018  and  30-04-2018:      full price
Enrolment between 01-05-2018  and  31-05-2018:      20% reduction
Enrolment between 01-06-2018  and  04-07-2018 :     40% reduction
