SpringFest 2019 - Distribution of online Tickets & Bracelets

Dear Parents,

The on-line purchase of tickets and bracelets for our Springfest ended on 2 May 2019.

These tickets & bracelets can be collected as follows:

  1. Nursery & primary =  Tickets & Bracelets will be distributed in all Nursery / Primary classes within envelopes on Monday 6 May
  2. Secondary = tickets & bracelets can be collected on Monday 6 May from 12​:30 pm till 2pm in Hall A (building AS)

Remarks:

  1. please bring your order number and identification with you
  2. Tickets & Bracelets not picked up will be transferred to ​the educational advisers of each year up until Wednesday 8 May 12​:50 pm

Parents, students, guests will be able to buy tickets & bracelets on 8 May at the "Opening Ceremony for parents" as well as during the Springfest Day on 9 May in the following way:

  • By ​credit card at several stands who have a POS device
  • With cash: only ​at two stands  (Rotonde et secondary) especially for students.

Therefore, we recommend you to use as much as possible your credit cards or contactless.

This new APEEE payment policy seeks to contribute to financial transparency and to ensure a more efficient use of resources during our annual big event!
